Letting you all know my coaching style
I am first and foremost a player development coach. I’ll teach the basic fundamentals of pitching, hitting, and defense. When the All-stars are accomplished at that we will move onto advance fundamentals. In games I bat ALL, I rotate defensive positions. Every All-star will play innings on defense; ALL All-stars will set out at least 1 inning. My goal each and every year is to have a competitive All-star team, and win games.
